Fresh Peach Pie

Servings: Ingredients:
1 pie shell
3 or 4 peaches
1 stick melted margarine
2 eggs slightly beaten
2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 cup sugar
Directions:
  • Peel and slice peaches, put into pie shell
  • Mix margarine, eggs, vanilla extract, and sugar
  • Pour over peaches
  • Bake in 350 degree oven for about 50 minutes
