Apple Mallow Yam Bake

Servings: Ingredients:
2 apples, sliced
1/3 cup chopped pecans
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 (17-oz) cans yams, drained
1/2 cup margarine
2 cups miniature marshmallows
Directions:
  • Toss apples and pecans with brown sugar and cinnamon
  • Alternate layers of apple mixture and yams in 1 1/2 qt. casserole; dot with butter
  • Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes
  • Sprinkle marshmallows over yams and apples
  • Broil until lightly browned
