Apple Jelly

Servings: Ingredients:
4 to 5 6-oz. jars 4 cups apple juice
2 tablespoons lemon juice
3 cups sugar
Directions:
  • Combine juices and sugar and stir until sugar dissolves
  • Boil rapidly until jelly mixture sheets off of a spoon
  • Skim off foam quickly
  • Pour jelly into hot canning jars, leaving 1/2 inch headspace
  • Adjust lids and screwbands
  • Process in boiling waterbath
